Does tungsten carbide jewelry feel heavy compared to platinum?

I once wore a thick platinum ring and the metal felt VERY heavy. I want to buy a thick ring made of tungsten carbide and I want to know: does tungsten carbide jewelry feel lighter? Heavier? About the same?
Tungsten Carbide is heavier than platinum, it’s extremely scratch resistant and it is a much darker color too.

Platinum is an extremely expensive precious metal although it is not as heavy as tungsten carbide.

This is odd. In fact platinum is the lightest metal. I don’t think you will like other jewelries as they have almost double mass than platinum. see here ,http://www.jewelocean.com/
