No. It was the Croton company. After six months, I was finally able to contact middle management (customer service was no longer returning emails or calls). I agreed to a two replacements which arrived broken (clasp and bracelet) and with the beginnings of metal deterioration. This talk about “customer service” is all that it is, Talk! These people are peddlers of poor quality chinese made watches. Please be careful!

I purchased two G-12′s from this company. They both started “rusting” only after a month. Very poor material quality. Additionally, customer service is poor to non-existent. After 3-months, the watches are still at their repair facility.
