How often should i feed my tropical fish live bait?

I have a small tank (28L) with 10 small tropical fish in and usually feed them flakes but was wondering how often should i feed them live bait?

As small as your fish are, you need to limit the live food to things like brine shrimp, mosquito larvae, bloodworms, daphnis and the like. Feed it to them as much as 3-4 times a week, they will do well for the treat.

There is no reason to feed them live fish. It is unhealthy and will introduce disease to your tank. Stick with decent tropical fish foods.

Hi when i feed my fish i use a good tropical flake food that enhances the colours but also i got told that i could give them live bait maybe once or twice a month just to give them a variety! hope this helps !

I fed mine blood worm and daphnia twice a week. They seemed to do OK on it.

With a tank as small as yours it is easy to overfeed the fish, keep some frozen daphnia and feed the fish a tiny amount about once a week.
