I like this different way of singing it. I think it’s okay to play with the melody…what’s the point in covering a song if you try to do it the same way someone else has already done it? It’s also okay to not like the revision as much (or sometimes not like it at all), but please leave an artist room to experiment and express a song in their own way. -
