What crafts can you use with beach glass?

My boyfriend’s mother collects beach glass whenever we go to the beach. She has a lot of it and its just collecting in a jar. What kinds of crafts can she use with it?
Picture Frames , Mosaic a table , Jewelry

string Christmas lights thru the jars, mix in some metallic foil grass-type stuff (gift bag filler). Use as a night light.
Or go to craft store and learn how to make jewelry with it.

Mosaics is probably the best choice – you’ll have to go to the craft store and buy a grout for glass mosaics. Lay some of the pieces out first and see what comes to mind as far as a picture. Decorate the top of a table or other pieces of furniture.
or
If she has that much and maybe someone is a fish lover – instead of puuting the colored stone in the bottom of the tank – use the colored glass instead.
