Any suggestions on good family hotel accommodation in Darwin?

March 5, 2010 - 1:30 am 2 Comments

I’m going to visit some friends and holiday in Darwin and am looking for an apartment styled accommodation. I’ll be there for two and a half week’s so am looking for an extended stay type of place. I have two kids so am hoping to find something with a kitchen and pool.

Hi there

I’d recommend Cullen Bay Apartments which are on the Marina. They are pretty basic but are good value for money at around $160 per night.

It gets good reviews from most travellers. You can see some here on tripadvisor

You can also check out http://www.realaustraliatravel.com/darwin-australia.html for other ideas but I think Cullen would be your best bet.

Hope this helps and have a lovely trip

there are quite a few sites that you can search that will likely show you great hotels at the best prices available. check out the website BookMe and you will be able to compare prices on all the reputable travel sites in just a couple minutes. it’s very convenient and will save you a bunch of time and money. Also, make sure you buy them online… otherwise they charge much higher fees for phone orders. good luck.
