I am curious as to how software is actually designed and built in the real world, as in the domain of software engineering. I can understand the programming languages themselves, it just seems that I cannot understand how they can be made into a software system for use in an embedded device or on a PC. Is there any automation to the software design process? What tools are actually used to develop software?

I’ve also heard that code for a lot of different tasks is placed in libraries, and this code can be referenced when the code you are coding is being built and incorporated in the final product. How do you find which libraries and code that you need?

I also wanted to ask if the graphical user interface code is kept separate from the actual program code, and the GUI is an "interface" to the program. Can GUI libraries be used?

Hanna is going to hit near me on Saturday afternoon. While I’m pretty far inland, the forecasters have a tropical storm wind warning in my area, along with a flood warning.

I work tomorrow and get off in the late afternoon. I drive a Chevy Cobalt. Am I being stupid by going to work? Everyone else is planning on coming in, but my family is upset that I’m going.

The mere fact that there is a tropical storm is not a danger. There are two main dangers to automobile travel in the weather conditions that you describe:

1) Things in the road (storm debris, fallen trees, etc.)
2) Floodwaters. Even a few inches is enough for a car to float (weird, considering the weight of a car, but tires are very buoyant).

Drive very slowly. If you see water, branches, or anything else in the way, turn around. Do not attempt to drive through or across water.

It depends on your occupation but in general, 7s across the 4 bands will be more than enough for Queensland SRS sponsorship. 5s would be enough for most trades and 6s for most other occupations.

.Depends on where you have it. I live in Fort Walton Beach, FL and there are a few beach wedding services here (Barefoot Weddings is one, for example). Use your search engine and look up some places and call or email for pricing. You’ve got great beaches from Pensacola to Panama City to work with.

I am currently in the Marines as an electrician working on F-18 jets. are tungsten carbide rings conductive? Could it be dangerous working around wires? I don’t want to take my wedding ring off, but I also want to be safe.
